Customers asked for it, we responded! Our pre-cut mats are now available in two formats — traditional, and in a variety of popular sizes specifically designed for digital photography.
Blick Black Core Pre-Cut Mats are made from high-quality 4-ply matboard with a black bevel. Each features a black core, surface, and backing papers, which are buffered and pH neutral — excellent protection for your artwork. The surface papers are fade-resistant and bleed-resistant.
Matboard Opening Size — The Opening Size listed in the table refers to the inside dimensions of the mat "window". Artwork dimensions should be slightly larger than the Opening Size in order for the matboard to overlap the art and secure it in place.
