These wooden inking plates are great for rolling ink out in preparation for inking up a plate or block. They also work well as a stop when carving by placing the linoleum or wood block on the plate against the lip.
Choose a ¾" off-white Melamine surface on pine, or a pressboard surface with pine ends. Both are stapled and glued, and measure 11¼" long × 7½" wide.
