Easy to use and powder-free, Smooth-On Alja-Safe Breeze Liquid Alginate offers a safer way to create exceptionally detailed molds of hands, feet, and other body parts. The pourable formula is made from skin-safe liquid alginate, which blends easily with water to produce a fluid moldmaking material that begins curing in just three minutes. To extend working time, simply use cooler water.

It's perfect for making temporary molds that will be used to cast reproductions in plaster, wax, clay, or fast-curing urethane resin. For best results, fill a deep container with the blended material and submerge the body part you want to cast, then wait eight minutes before demolding. Make sure to cast into the mold within four hours of demolding, as alginate molds deteriorate quickly. Made in the USA, each plastic jar contains 1.1 lbs.
