I use this product every school year for a Narrative Art Portfolio project. Students can easily manipulate this tag board into a portfolio that holds their art projects throughout the year. The tag board is durable yet, strong against wear and tear. It's proven year after year to protect and contain projects. It is also great for students to design their portfolio using such media as, markers and colored pencils. I haven't and would not use anything but Pacon 2-Ply Tag Board. Thank you!

Good for beginning mat cutting

I use this in my high school painting class for mounting watercolor and canvas papers. Good thickness for beginners cutting window mats and mounting heavier papers. Though it was packed well, it STILL came with damaged corners and had to be trimmed to use.
(Blick probably would have replaced it for free if I complained-like my last order!)

Tag Board - Great value for school projects

We use the product for Art in Action projects which involve making textured surfaces using joint compound. The tag board is stiff, uniform and holds up to the moisture of the compound + paints. The finished product lays flat and is great for mounting. I get $1500 of supplies from Blick each year for our school and appreciate the ease of ordering, short shipping time and good value.
