This great basic set contains several types of charcoal, including compressed charcoal crayons that are produced from a fine mixture of soot and charcoal. 
  Also included are natural charcoal sticks made by carbonizing  resin-free  twigs under exclusion of air. These can be used to produce uniform deep black lines, and can be easily wiped and corrected. The set also contains a gray, kneaded eraser. 
  This set includes: 
  
-       2 Pitt charcoal pencils (Soft and Medium) 
-       3 compressed charcoal crayons (Extra Soft, Soft, and Medium) 
-       4 natural charcoal sticks, each  3 mm to 6 mm  in diameter
