The Caran d'Ache Special Edition Mosaic 849 Ballpoint Pens was designed with the global Caran d'Ache community, who voted on Instagram to choose both the pattern and colorways. The resulting collection pairs a satin-finish lacquered body with a pastel geometric mosaic pattern that plays a saturated base against a softer pastel tone. 

Underneath, it's still the iconic 849: lightweight aluminum body, flexible metal clip, smooth push-button mechanism, and a medium black Goliath refill that delivers up to 600 A4 pages of smooth, consistent writing. Designed and manufactured in the Caran d'Ache workshops in Geneva, each pen arrives in a bold cardboard gift box that matches its pattern and colorway.
