Comments about Canson Montval Acrylic Paper:
The paper is great for watercolor as well as watercolor crayons. Colors show up bright and can be removed easily when necessary.

Montval vs Strathmore Acrylic Paper
from Rockville, MD
Good quality and price. Nice that it is larger than 18" x 24" which gives some extra working space. But, the Strathmore is heavier. So, I will do some experiments. This is where Blick excels.

Good paper for the price.

Great paper for watercolor. It lays flat and doesn't buckle even when wet. It is easy to take out color and doesn't ruin the paper

Great Paper for Acrylic Paint
By Shirley Locke
from Savannah, GA
Basically, this paper is exactly as advertised. The pad comes with ten pieces of thick, sturdy stock which handle the acrylic very well. Sometimes my art professors have said that Bristol board is good for acrylic, but it really doesn't match the quality of this paper that was made for acrylic.I haven't regretted buying a single Canson product so far.

I would buy this again.
By Pretty Pot, Etc.
I used this brand acrylic paper for a painting I was commissioned to do. I was very pleased with the quality. I was especially pleased that there was minimal curling at the edges with the heavy amount of paint I used. I was able to apply and blend paint on this paper with ease. Heavy weight and good quality.
This is wonderful paper, and I am really disappointed it is not carried in the Blick stores anymore. Only available online.

Nice product, sweet results

I have started using this product for acrylic sketches and studies for more complete paintings. My first acrylic drawing with just black paint was love at first try. My brush glided across the surface and gave me the most interesting textures and value. I finished with the most amazing study. I have since ordered different sizes.

This is lovely paper for acrylic painting. The surface takes the paint beautifully. It is absorbant and keeps down the drip factor. Extra thick paper is a pleasure to work on.
