International Shipping

International orders ship by Int'l Priority Mail and FedEx. The method and cost are determined by items ordered, weight, size and destination. Some items cannot ship outside of the US. This includes any hazardous or flammable materials. Notification will be given if this applies. Free shipping does not apply on international orders.

Shipping charges are calculated and an email is sent for approval within 2-3 business days. If email is not available, the charges will be faxed or phoned. A response is requested within 7 days after receiving our notification. Orders do not ship without approval, and can be cancelled up until that time. A phone number is required for delivery.

The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided. We do not mark packages as gifts or samples, all prices will be shown for custom clearance.

All electrical products we carry are wired for use in the US. They may not be compatible with the electrical system in your country, even when a converter is used. Damage may occur, and for this reason, we do not ship electrical items outside of North America or to freight forwarders.
