Payment Options

  • Payment on the Website

    We accept Blick Gift Cards, Gift Coupons, PayPal, Apple Pay (on Apple devices only), and VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Optima, Diners Club, and JCB credit cards. We cannot process C.O.D. shipments or individual open accounts. For more information on how to redeem Blick Gift Cards, click here.

    For some orders placed online with a credit or debit card, we may request a pre-authorization to ensure that your card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. While this preauthorization will not be billed to you, your card issuer may hold the amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held.

  • Other Types of Payment

    When placing your order over the phone, by fax, or by mail, we accept personal and institutional checks, money orders, Blick Gift Cards, Gift Coupons, and VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Optima, Diners Club, and JCB credit cards. No C.O.D. shipments. No individual open accounts.

    Schools, Institutions, government agencies, and businesses may be extended credit terms upon approval after completing our Credit Application. Customers who do not maintain their accounts within our Terms are subject to suspension or cancellation of credit.   • Written Confirmation

    When following up orders placed via phone, fax, or email with a written order, please clearly indicate “Confirmation Only - Do Not Duplicate.”

    Customers will be responsible for return freight and restocking charges for duplicate orders caused by failure to appropriately mark written follow-up orders.

Backordered Items

  • Backordered Items Policy

    Out-of-stock items that ship from our warehouse are designated online as “On Backorder.” If you place an order that contains backordered items, those items will be shipped to you at no additional charge via FedEx Economy, our regular ground carrier. Once in stock, the items will ship when the merchandise value of the backorder reaches $15.00 or when the backorder is complete. Backordered items are invoiced or billed when they ship, not when your order is placed. However, your purchase receipt will show your total order amount, including the backordered items.
