Bring light and scale to small, intricate projects with this professional-quality magnifier lamp from Great Star Tools, which stands up to the demands of heavy use whether you're working at home or in the studio.

The lamp features a 5 diopter, 7½" × 6" (19 cm × 15 cm) genuine glass lens that magnifies items being viewed by 2.25 times original size, and illuminates them via 108 energy-efficient LED bulbs (equivalent to 9W of light) that simulate natural light. Two hinged, adjustable 16" (41 cm) arms and a pivoting head help you get as close as you need to the task at hand.

With a durable clamp and removable lens protector, this lamp is easy and safe to transport.

UL-certified and CUL-certified.

This light is all that it claims to be .. sturdy construction and nice bright LED light to work detailed projects by ... the magnifier allows me to see the smallest of areas and for more detailed work - just like a zooming in digital function! Love the ability to get up close ... makes for great attention to detail on both the manufacturer's and user's part.

Works well

Using the light to the side of my sewing machine. Plenty of light, and comfortable to use. The light moves easily and stays where you put it. Magnifier is clear -- no distortion (when viewing straight on). The work I am using it for is not extremely color-sensitive, so I can't really comment on that.
Good price, too! Lights that look similar cost more elsewhere.
