It can be used on most surfaces, including ceramics, porcelains and laminates, as well as on walls to help stabilize pictures. Museum Putty comes ready to use in a flat sleeve so users can pull off only what they need. To use, roll the putty into strips or small balls (about the size of a pea) and apply it to the base of the item being secured. Press down lightly and twist the object into position.
