North Star

Two driven rolls 2-1/2" diameter by 24" long (64 mm × 61 cm). Clay is sandwiched between canvas strips, then cranked into the machine. Knurled rolls grip canvas and pull slabs through easily. Wet slabs can be moved on the bottom canvas.

The North Star PortaRoller was designed for ceramic arts teachers who move between classrooms, as well as for studio potters who need a fully functional slab roller but have limited space. Rust-resistant and virtually maintenance-free, it breaks down easily for storage.

North Star makes this most versatile ware truck for the classroom or studio. It features all steel construction and big 6" (15 cm) industrial wheels for easy rolling. Two of the wheels have parking brakes.
