Old World Art Composition Metal Leaf and Kits introduce you to the art of leafing. Kits are composed of professional materials, including: 2 oz bottle of Adhesive Size, 2 oz bottle of Satin Sealer, two brushes, a burnishing cloth, and a book of leafing material.

Old World Art Gold Leafing Adhesive Size is a water-based, pressure sensitive adhesive that takes the guesswork out of determining when your adhesive is ready for leafing. Just brush on a thin layer and wait until completely dry before applying the leaf, approximately 15-60 minutes.

Apply the Old World Art Gold Leafing Red Basecoat to seal and prepare surfaces for adhesive. This acrylic-based coating gives surfaces a red color that shows through the cracks in gold leaf, creating stunning effects on statuary, plaques, frames, furniture, metal, glass, and plastic.

Old World Art Gold Leafing Satin Sealer is a clear satin finish sealer designed to protect the leafing from wear and tarnishing. Brush on evenly and allow to dry. Clean up with mineral spirits.
