This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by BLICK Art Materials, LLC, 1849 Green Bay Road, Suite 310, Highland Park, IL, 60035 (“Sponsor”).
1. Eligibility. Participation in the Promotion is open only to legal residents of the District of Columbia and the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence as of date of entry (“Entrants”). Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Sponsor’s respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
2. Start/End Dates. Entries will be accepted from between 8:00:00 a.m. CT on October 1, 2025 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2025.
3. How to Enter. To enter the “2025 BLICK x Arts Action Fund Giveaway (“Promotion”), visit the specified web landing page, located at https://www.artsactionfund.org/formassembly/fa_form/150 (also “Sponsor’s Page”). Follow the links and instructions to enter. Submissions will be accepted between 8:00:00 a.m. CT on October 1, 2025 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2025. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email.
4. Entry Guidelines. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, including, but not limited to, interpretation and application of these Official Rules. By entering the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by the rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
5. Selection of Winners. Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries in a Promotion.
6. Prizes. Four (4) winners will receive a prize pack including the following:
Blick Gift Card: $250.00
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize pack: $349.22
ARV of all prizes combined: $1,396.88
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winners.
7. Notification. Potential winner(s) will be randomly selected by Sponsor on or about the date set forth in the Promotion Post from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential winners will be the entrants of the entries that are randomly selected as the winning entries, subject to eligibility verification.
The potential winners will be notified via email after November 7, 2025. The potential winners may be required to and, by their entry, do hereby agree to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of prize notification. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of prize notification, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Promotion rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, no winner or an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
8. Conditions. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Promotion or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.
9. Release. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AND ITS RESPECTIVE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED ENTITIES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR ALL LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER AND OF WHATEVER KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, WHETHER DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH, PREPARATION FOR, TRAVEL TO, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR POSSESSION, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, AND FOR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY AND MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.

12. Disputes; Governing Law. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Promotion. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Illinois, City of Peoria.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Promotion, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of Peoria in the State of Illinois. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
13. Use of Data. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
