Pigma Sketch Brush Pens bridge the gap between Sakura’s Pigma Micron and Pigma Brush pens—perfect for artists who need a pen that feels fast, fluid, and controlled. The semi-flex elastomer nib—a springy synthetic rubber—shifts easily from ultra-fine lines to bold, dynamic strokes. A light touch results in hairline detail; more pressure opens up full, brush-like sweeps.

Sakura’s original Pigma pigment ink, developed in 1982, remains the gold standard for archival reliability. It’s waterproof, quick drying, chemical resistant, smear-proof, fade resistant, and pH neutral. It won’t bleed through most paper or degrade over time—excellent for manga-style illustration, layering with water-based paints or markers, scrapbooking, or any application that requires professional endurance and ink that won’t react with other media.
