MCS Large Format Poster Frames are durable plastic frames that make poster hanging a breeze. The mitered frame sections grip firmly yet pull apart and slide off for easy insertion and changing of artwork.
The frame also has a clear protective front sheet, hardboard backing for mounting, and a hanging system for vertical or horizontal display. No assembly is required.
Frame Dimensions – Frames are measured by the size of the artwork they hold. Measure your artwork, mat, or panel, and order that size frame. The frame will overlap your artwork by about 1/4" on each side so it fits securely. If the frame includes a precut mat, the mat opening is indicated as Artwork Size.
Depth (Profile / Thickness) – How thick the frame moulding is from front to back, or how far it sticks out from the wall.
Rabbet Depth – The space inside the frame that holds your artwork and any materials used with it, like glass, matting, or backing. Make sure the total thickness of your materials fit within the rabbet depth.
