MCS Framatic Fineline II Frames with Mat feature an exceptionally thin profile, for minimalist framing at its most elegant. Fineline aluminum frames neatly define your artwork but never overwhelm it. Every Fineline frame is assembled using the patented FRAMLOK joining system, so installing your artwork takes only a few seconds.

The MCS Framatic Fineline Frame is available in several finishes, in a wide variety of sizes, and equipped with a glass face and single shadow mats! Sizes 8" x 10" and smaller have an easel for table-top display.

Frame Dimensions – Frames are measured by the size of the artwork they hold. Measure your artwork, mat, or panel, and order that size frame. The frame will overlap your artwork by about 1/4" on each side so it fits securely. If the frame includes a precut mat, the mat opening is indicated as Artwork Size.

Depth (Profile / Thickness) – How thick the frame moulding is from front to back, or how far it sticks out from the wall.

Rabbet Depth – The space inside the frame that holds your artwork and any materials used with it, like glass, matting, or backing. Make sure the total thickness of your materials fit within the rabbet depth.
