The MCS East Village Frame is a simple, elegant wood frame with a black finish and a thin, understated profile. Available in a variety of popular sizes, it's ideal for framing photos and prints. It features a 7/16" deep rabbet, a glass face, and includes hardware for hanging.
Frame Dimensions – Frames are measured by the size of the artwork they hold. Measure your artwork, mat, or panel, and order that size frame. The frame will overlap your artwork by about 1/4" on each side so it fits securely. If the frame includes a precut mat, the mat opening is indicated as Artwork Size.
Depth (Profile / Thickness) – How thick the frame moulding is from front to back, or how far it sticks out from the wall.
Rabbet Depth – The space inside the frame that holds your artwork and any materials used with it, like glass, matting, or backing. Make sure the total thickness of your materials fit within the rabbet depth.
