The Pocket series puts that brush into a format you can carry anywhere: a sealed golden chamber that protects a full-size, pure Kolinsky-Tajmyr sable round until you're ready to paint. 

Escoda hand-selects only the highest grade of Kolinsky-Tajmyr sable for Reserva, and it shows in the way the brush points, springs, and carries color, qualities that have made this line a benchmark for watercolor. Load it once and it holds enough color for a long passage. Pull it across the paper and it lays a clean, controlled line, then snaps back to a sharp tip for the next stroke. 

The metal cap protects the bristles in transit and reverses onto the handle to give you a full-length, balanced grip in the hand. Escoda's patented triple-crimped ferrule and proprietary curing process keep the hair seated and responsive through decades of use. Handmade in Spain by the Escoda family, who have been making brushes since 1933.
