The Blick Emery Gallery Frame is ideal for artwork of all kinds — or display them with the striking artwork included with the frame!
These elegant frames come in a variety of popular sizes. Blick Emery Frames also include an acid-free, beveled, white-core mat and a glass face. The Natural frame is made of pine with a clear finish. The Black and White frames are made from medium density fiberboard with a durable painted finish.
All frames have a finished back complete with hangers for vertical or horizontal placement. The 8" x 10" and 9" x 12" sizes also include an easel back for tabletop display.
The Blick Emery Frame has a 11/32" deep rabbet.
Frame Dimensions – Frames are measured by the size of the artwork they hold. Measure your artwork, mat, or panel, and order that size frame. The frame will overlap your artwork by about 1/4" on each side so it fits securely. If the frame includes a precut mat, the mat opening is indicated as Artwork Size.
Depth (Profile / Thickness) – How thick the frame moulding is from front to back, or how far it sticks out from the wall.
Rabbet Depth – The space inside the frame that holds your artwork and any materials used with it, like glass, matting, or backing. Make sure the total thickness of your materials fit within the rabbet depth.
