By purchasing these products from Blick, you acknowledge the risks and responsibilities of using these products and assume all responsibility for the outcomes of using them. To ensure responsible use, Blick requires all customers purchasing tattooing machines and needles to affirm that they are 18 years of age or older and are employed by, manage, or own a licensed tattoo establishment. Blick will only ship tattoo products to a commercial tattoo shop business address.
By placing an order containing a tattoo product, you: (1) affirm that you are at least 18 years old; (2) affirm that you understand that distribution of tattoo products to individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited and that you will not distribute any tattoo products to individuals under 18 years old; (3) affirm that you are employed by, manage, or own a professional tattoo establishment; and (4) agree to the terms and conditions outlined above regarding the use and purchase of tattoo products.
If Blick is unable to verify the customer’s address, Blick reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
