This creamy medium is the ideal mix of binder and water. Use Novaplex 233 to extend colors and create glazes, create new colors by mixing it with powder pigments, or mix with acrylic paints to increase the flexibility of the paint film for fabric painting. It can also be used as a collage glue or isolation layer, but not a final topcoat.
