A contemporary flat frame with a 1-1/4" wide profile, the Blick Sheffield Frame is an economical choice for framing your favorite photos, sketches, or prints quickly and easily. Available in black or silver, with a bevel-cut black or white 4-ply mat with a white core or without, these lightweight polystyrene frames also include a backing board and hanging hardware. 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 8" x 10", 8-1/2" x 11", and 9" x 12" also include a easel back for tabletop display.

All are 5/8" deep, with a 3/8" rabbet.

The Sheffield ships with a styrene face, as styrene is lighter than glass and less likely to shatter in transit. The styrene face has a protective film on both sides that protects it from scratches and smudges. The film should be removed before displaying your art.

Frame Dimensions – Frames are measured by the size of the artwork they hold. Measure your artwork, mat, or panel, and order that size frame. The frame will overlap your artwork by about 1/4" on each side so it fits securely. If the frame includes a precut mat, the mat opening is indicated as Artwork Size.

Depth (Profile / Thickness) – How thick the frame moulding is from front to back, or how far it sticks out from the wall.

Rabbet Depth – The space inside the frame that holds your artwork and any materials used with it, like glass, matting, or backing. Make sure the total thickness of your materials fit within the rabbet depth.
