Once your account is verified, your pre-approved terms appear automatically every time you shop.
Step 1: From the Blick homepage, click “Shop School or Business” in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Enter your username and password to sign into your registered Blick account.
Step 3: Select your desired store location from the matching list or follow the steps to add a new location.
Step 4: Confirm your account details.
Step 5: Your Dealer & Retailer pricing will display automatically on product pages and in your cart.
Your session will remain authenticated for 24 hours, during which prices and cart contents will be saved.
Step 1: Open the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper left corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Under For School/Business, select Shop School or Business.
Step 3: Enter your username and password to sign in to your registered Blick account.
Step 4: Select your desired store location from the matching list or follow the steps to add a new location.
Step 5: Confirm your account details.
Step 6: Your Dealer & Retailer pricing will display automatically on product pages and in your cart.
Your session will remain authenticated for 24 hours, during which prices and cart contents will be saved.
Once you’re signed in, your assigned account terms will be automatically applied, so your Dealer pricing is visible throughout the order process: on product pages, in your cart, and at checkout.
Your session stays active for 24 hours, so your pricing and cart remain in place even if you step away.
If your business or store location isn’t yet linked, you’ll be prompted to authenticate it using your Customer Number and ZIP Code.

To Link Additional Locations:
In your account, select Add School or Business.
Enter the Customer Number and ZIP Code for that location.
Select Add School or Business to confirm.
Save time by building orders the way you already work. With our spreadsheet upload tool, you can import a full list of items in seconds, then review, adjust, and finalize your cart at your convenience.

From your account landing page, you can download an order form template or upload a completed one.

Fill in the template with the items and quantities you need. This process works best with MacPherson’s or Blick SKU numbers. You can enter UPCs as well, but because our site currently recognizes only one UPC format, some may not load. If a UPC isn’t recognized or you run into issues, email your order template to our Wholesale team, and we’ll match the codes for you.

Once complete, choose the Upload option and follow the prompts. Your uploaded items will appear directly in your cart, priced according to your negotiated dealer terms.
We’re making both short-term and long-term improvements to how shipping and handling charges are calculated for Dealer orders. Our goal is to provide more competitive rates on smaller parcel shipments, and once this work is complete, we expect to lower our freight minimums as well.
In the meantime, orders that don’t meet the free-freight threshold will be reviewed by our Customer Service team. They’ll estimate the shipping cost and apply a 6% credit — up to the cost of freight — before finalizing your order. Most estimates are completed within 1–2 business days.
