Marten Talens founded Royal Talens, the "Dutch Factory for Paints, Lacquers and Inks" in Apeldoorn in 1899. The Royal Talens company developed the Rembrandt line of products and colors, renowned for its superior and unrivaled quality and extensive range of color options.
