Dual rankings recognize Blick’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences across touchpoints.
January 26, 2026 | Chicago, Illinois – Blick Art Materials, the nation’s leading art supply retailer, has been named to Newsweek’s lists of America’s Best Online Shops and Best Customer Service for the seventh consecutive year. The dual rankings, based on independent surveys of American shoppers conducted by global research firm Statista, reflect Blick’s ongoing success in delivering exceptional customer experiences across touchpoints.
For the 2026 America’s Best Online Shops ranking, Statista conducted a comprehensive assessment of thousands of online retailers across 25 categories. Retailers were scored on the criteria most relevant to American online shoppers, including trust and security, purchase and delivery experience, website usability, customer communication, payment experience, and likelihood of purchase. Of the nearly 9,500 online shops assessed, 500 were named the year’s best.
The America’s Best Customer Service award honors brands that deliver exceptional customer experiences. The 2026 rankings were based on more than 200,000 independent evaluations from U.S. shoppers who interacted with brands over the past three years. Respondents rated brands on five key dimensions: Quality of Communication, Professional Competence, Range of Services, Customer Focus, and Accessibility.
The survey’s final assessment, which accounted for half of the total score, measured how likely customers were to recommend brands to family and friends. The results were collected between June and July 2025, and the highest-scoring brands in each of 166 categories were recognized for excellence.
