Worst Purchase Ever
Comments about Prang Brush Pens:
These are the worst brush pens I've ever purchased. They might as well have been regular markers as the brush part barely writes. You have to push down pretty hard to get the ink to write, which completely ruins the whole brush pen concept. I was looking for a decently priced metallic brush pen. I didn't expect these to be the best quality for the price, but they are certainly an inferior product. I can't even give them the benefit of the doubt because I purchased 2 packs to make the shipping fee worth it. Both sets are garbage.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Merchant response: We apologize – it sounds as if the pens you received were dried out. Please call 1-800-723-2787 to speak with one of our Customer Care Agents and we'll be happy to take care of this for you.

These pens are amazing for miniatures
My hobby is Toy soldiers,vehicles,quasi-historical 25mm 1/600 etc. I have virtually given up using acrylic paint as these are so easy to work with and cover well. I use the metallic for fine details like pipes on 1/600 ships. We're talking millimeters here. The larger size kind of like the commonly used black markers are not so good for this but ok for larger flat surfaces.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I wanted something to sign my black matte-board. These pens are more like paint brushes. The gold pen was drier than the silver one so I had to push it down almost all the way down, not allowing me to use it for my intent. I didn't particularly care for these, wouldn't buy again.

These work great on MDF wood. Colors are great!
Less glitter, more ink

When I got these, I was really surprised that they were glittery (well maybe more shiny than glittery?). I just expected them to be the metallic colors. It's not a bad thing, I just wanted to point it out just in case someone is about to make the same mistake. The markers dry out rather quickly. I used them very little (about the equivalent of writing a short sentence with them in small print) and they were drying out by the second day. The colors aren't that pleasing either as they don't seem to blend or vary well.

I use it for drawings and murals. The prang has a very fine tip and allwos you to draw in many different strokes. I love being creative so this hits the spot!

Cheap Markers, cheap results...
They are cheap and with a nice soft tip, really brush like... But the paint they carry is dull at most and they dry up really fast even if you are careful to replace the cap asap. I guess could be good for kids projects, but not for pros or serious artists.
