Open up a universe of colors with these dual-tip markers in true Pantone colors.
Each marker features a soft brush tip at one end and a fine point marker tip on the other end for producing a broad range of strokes, from fine lines to wide color fills.
These markers contain fast-drying, permanent, alcohol-based ink and have a roll-proof flat barrel.
Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.
For me I do a lot of detailed work, so having both the brush tip and the finer tip are very useful. the brush tip is also GREAT for coloring large areas. They also held up pretty well with some mixed media stuff I did, mixing them with other colors, drawing on wet surfaces, so that was really nice. My only problem was that some of my markers came dried out. I've been debating about just sending them back or simply reordering them. Another reviewer also mentioned getting dried out markers and this is very troubling. The markers are fantastic, and leaving the cap off for a while doesn't instantly dry them out, so getting them COMPLETELY dried out was irritating.

Comments about Pantone Universe Twin Marker Sets:
I've never used alcohol based markers before and they make a world of difference. I've always wanted to try them, but copics and prismacolor ones just seemed too pricey. I use them for drawing manga and they are just perfect for what I need. Still a bit pricey, but worth it!

Comments about Pantone Universe Twin Markers:
These are fun if you just want to do quick, non-detailed sketches, or fill in large masses of space, but they are no replacement for Copic markers, or any other kind of graphic marker. They do not layer well, and it always feels like the ink is running out. However, they are are affordable, and like I said before, have their place.

Comments about Pantone Universe Twin Marker Sets:
The brush tip is very very floppy. The Faber Pitt Artist Pens are a billion times better. The ink doesn't come out fast enough to cover an area, gets all cloudy and streaky. This is not my technique. These pens don't function properly.

Super Markers

Comments about Pantone Universe Twin Marker Sets:
These markers are wonderful fun. Having a brush tip on every color PLUS a fine tip is perfect. The colors are intense and go on smooth (on marker paper) without streaks, and using the fat brush tip really gives nice variation to the lines. usually i can only achieve this with black. But the shading looks nicer now that i can vary it. wish i could replace all my prismacolors with these. but for covering large areas, prismacolor fat tips are still good backup.
