Use these versatile markers to decorate and embellish a variety of surfaces with personality and style!
Pen-Touch Paint Markers feature archival-quality ink that is chemically stable, waterproof, fade-resistant, low-odor, and xylene-free. Paint flows from the chamber directly to the tip of the marker. A quick shake before writing mixes the color.
The ink adheres permanently to most surfaces, including glass, wood, porcelain, plastic, paper, and metal.

Got the gold one, not at Blick, but still...
It was great. There were no testers, but I trusted Sakura to do a good job.Make sure you shake the pen very well. Very, very, well. Then press the tip down all the way or like so you can see the nib a bit, press it on paper and watch the color bleed into the nib. Don't get it on your hands. One last thing- It bleeds, but it doesn't bleed gold. Whatever the medium it is suspended in.

I am very happy with these markers. I use them to sign my Fine Art Prints. When you need a quality pen to write with you can trust the Sakura Pen-Touch Paint Markers.
THE WORST experience with fine tip ink markers thus far!!!!
from Minneapolis, MN
The ink bled out each time I wrote (on completed paintings) and yes, i followed instructions to shake pen and test blot before writing . The two pens I purchased are unusable and a waste of my money
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not such a good pen.

I purchased this pen in the hopes of getting what was advertised - a lovely and easy to use opaque white paint pen. This is probably... The least opaque opaque pen Ive ever see. It goes down beautifully and bright white, and as it dries it just slowly disappears until its only a very slight white. Funnily enough, 3-5 layers will not make it look much better. Now onto my second point - after using it for a little bit and shook it, this pen started leaking. I ended up with a giant blob of white paint on my artwork. Once I cleaned uo a little, I went to use it again and there was no more paint, so I pumped the tip once and the tip went back up and into the pen, so now its just 100% unusable. Thinking I got a bad pen, I ordered another one and the same thing happened. Please note I did store it sideways like all my paint pens and I did not break their seal.

Sakura markers give me the best quality line for my work. They are the best choice for their fluidity and the resonance of color.

Sakura Paint Markers (Copper,Silver,Gold)
from Middlebury, VT
I'm using the Paint Markers on my galvanized tin plant markers outside. The Sharpie I'd used previously does not hold up to weather and I think the Sakura's will work more like paint. It was easy to get them flowing and easy to print my plant names. You are advised on the box to store them horizontally and I hope I can remember to do this. Otherwise, pretty sure there'd eventually be leaking. But, so far, so good and I am very happy with them. No complaints. The price was great!
