Marshall's Photo Oil Pencils are permanent and acid free, guaranteed not to harm photographs or photographic emulsions.

The Tropical set offers 14 assorted pre-sharpened pencils including metallic silver and gold. It also includes one ½ oz (15 ml) bottle of P.M. Solution (for thinning), and cotton balls and toothpicks for blending.
