I was very skeptical after reading all these review. But it worked fine for me. I even put a layer of regular acrylic paint on top as well. The magnets stick fine, and i can hold the board upside down without them falling off. I used two very thick coats. Let it dry for 30 mins, and then painted over it.

Doesn't spray evenly and after 5 coats still doesn't work! DON'T FALL FOR IT!

After 6 coats, I am convinced this product is a scam. None of my magnets stick to the surface. I can't believe they can sell this product and claim it does anything but waste your time. Very disappointed.

Attempted to use this product to make a chore chart for my kids. I shook, I sprayed, 3 layers later...it failed.

The only thing this product works for is, the 2 minute shaking/arm workout I got before opening the can. Thanks for the workout!

For my birthday, I was given a can of chalkboard spray paint and a can of magnetic spray paint. The goal was to spray a section of my wall with both to make a magnetic chalkboard. We shook it for 2 minutes, and then got ready to spray it on the wall. After stopping up twice and going on the wall unevenly, liquid paint spurted out all over the wall and bed. Don't buy this, it's a waste of money!

I bough this magnetic spray paint to turn a small mirror into a magnetic surface. Even the smallest magnets don't stick to the surface. I'm not satisfied with this purchase.
