A phenomenal surface for rubber stamping and mixed media, Stampbord features a wood backing and absorbent clay surface that grabs the ink from rubber stamps, leaving a clean, pristine image without smearing. Then scratch or etch into the surface to create incredible details and highlights.

Stampbord is easily correctable and erasable using Scratchbord tools and oil-free steel wool.

Stampbord can be used with most rubber stamp inks, paints such as watercolors and acrylics, embossing powders, pens, markers, rub-ons — just about anything you already own!

Artist Trading Card Packs — Share your art with these Artist Trading Card size Stampbord cards. Each card is 2½" × 3½". Choose either a package of 5 or a Party Pack of 16.

Assorted Sizes, 0.5 lb Bag — The assorted 0.5 lb bag contains approximately 40 pieces, including 1¼" × 2½", 1" × 1", 1" × 2" (domino size), and 2" × 2". These smaller pieces are great for scrapbooking, jewelry, magnets, collage, card embellishments, altered books, and much more. Use a dremel tool to create holes in Stampbord.

I sorted my box by size for storage and there were 417 pieces. What a great deal! There were right around 100 ATC sized pieces (2.5 X 3.5 inches) and the rest were split between 2X2 inch tiles and 1.25 X 2.25 tiles. I am pretty sure stampbord is the same thing as claybord, only smaller. You can use these with just about any media (I use mine mostly for collage and acrylics) and I adore the silky smooth surface. this assortment is great for doing lots of trading cards, magnets, ornaments, and jewelry.

What can you say to improve upon a new product. These materials were presented by the company CEO and I was hesitant to order but happy I did. It takes time to understand the limitless ways to use this product and grasp each surface strength. I am starting with the Stampbord. Purchased two sets of the trading card size packets and love them. The feel and value certainly is apparent in the construction. Fine quality!
