Use inks and acrylic paints on clay-coated boards to create a variety of colorful professional scratchboards. Many block printing and etching tools serve well as scratchboard art tools.

If fingerprints or nail marks are a problem for you, try using tissue paper or finger cots to protect the surface as you work.
