A linseed stand oil/petroleum distillate used to thin the consistency of oils and alkyds. Winsor & Newton Artists' Painting Medium dries to a flexible film with a minimal tendency to yellow, wrinkle, and crack. Painting Medium should be thinned with mineral spirits.
