Texture gels are granular paste gels containing additives to create special textured effects without affecting color stability or permanence. They are ideal for &quot;natural&quot; textures such as landscape paintings and craft applications.    Combine them with Galeria Structure Gels and Galeria Modeling Pastes to build up textures that can be carved or sanded. Apply all with a brush or palette knife.

When diluted they are suitable for a wide variety of techniques including stenciling, collage, sponging, airbrushing, and more.    Galeria Acrylic Colors offer excellent adhesion on a wide variety of properly prepared surfaces, including paper, canvas, leather, fabric, hardboard, wood, brick, and plaster. Colors are  water- and weather-resistant  once dry, making these paints an excellent choice for murals and outdoor sculptures.   Although Galeria Acrylics are sometimes referred to as &quot;student grade,&quot; their high pigment levels deliver professional results with significantly better covering power than many similarly priced brands.

Galeria Acrylics are suitable for airbrushing, painting on canvas, paper, canvas, masonite, and wood. (Not recommended for shiny surfaces like glass, unprimed metal, or surfaces painted with oil colors). Dilute with water.

Winsor &amp; Newton Galeria Flow Improver is an additive that loosens the surface tension of water within the acrylic film. It increases flow, allowing the artist to apply areas of flat color evenly.   The increased flow is also ideal for masking applications (as the color lays more smoothly and evenly against the taped edge) and for flowing, gestured watercolor techniques. Flow Improver is also the best medium for &quot;staining&quot; applications.   Flow Improver should only be used in the amount needed to achieve the desired effect.
