Combine 1–2 drops of Cell Flow per 1 oz (30 ml) of paint. Stir gently with a palette knife or stir stick — the less you mix, the larger the cells will be. Pour the paint mixture onto a level, rigid surface and slowly tilt to spread the paint around. To release the cells, skim the surface of the paint with a palette knife.
