Great for monoprinting and collage

Comments about Strathmore 400 Series Mixed Media Cards:
So far, I have used these for monoprinting and a little paper/glueing. I plan to put on more layers. Really impressed by the quality of the paper stock. Good for cards I plan to sell

Heavy Duty for all kinds of card making!
By Margie the cardmaker
from Coral Gables
This is a heavyweight cardstock for making your own cards. It holds glue well and markers don't bleed through. I glue on cloth and other paper - and even modge podge it and can handle it all.

Mixed Media Cards
Had problem with card losing it's shape when working many layers on it would begin to curl up and not lay flat. Had to iron it flat again.

Great cards for linocut prints
from Ventura CA
Used these cards to print a Linocut. Worked great! Definitely my choice for future projects.
from Winneconne, WI
I purchased these multi-media cards to use with different mediums and am very pleased with them. I used watercolors and colored pencil and they came out beautifully. Very happy with the purchase and will buy them again. The cards have a smoother surface than the watercolor cards but watercolor still goes on nicely.
Great with colored pencils
These cards are great with pencils of any kind but I wouldn't use a wet or even damp media on them. The price is the best though, they cost anywhere from $5-10 at craft stores if you can even find them.

I paint with coffee. When I bought a similar pack of blank now cards from Michael's, they would warp by the time I was finished with the painting (and I don't use much coffee). But these worked perfectly. They are stronger and have a cleaner look. I will definitely use these again!
