Anyone can appreciate the fine quality and long life of these markers. All Lumocolor inks project in true, vivid colors that never fade or distort. You get clean, high-definition lines that dry immediately on a glossy film or any surface. The permanent ink is water-resistant and can be removed from some surfaces with alcohol.
This solvent-based pen is designed for use on overhead transparency film, but will also work on other surfaces such as glass, acrylic, vinyl, ceramics, and resin coated photographic papers. Its quick drying ink won't bead up.
Superfine, Fine, Medium, and Broad tips are available.

Fantastic markers for research lab
By The Biologist
from Syracuse, New York
Comments about Staedtler Lumocolor Permanent Markers:
We use these markers in our biology research lab. They are perfect for labeling. They have a fine point, so you can write very small letters if necessary, and the ink flow is reliable and marks well. Highly recommended for anyone working in research. Have also used for drawing, and these work well on hard surfaces.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It's hard to find full and brilliant color in pens with a thick maker head. Usually you have to go with paintbrush end or very fine pen-like tips. I only wish they came in more colors. Great price. I love Staedtler markers!Coverage is amazing!

Awesome for writing on plastics
By Speckled Kat
from Charlottesville, VA
These are perfect for writing on plastics! I bought a variety of sizes to try out with the sole intention of writing on my watercolor pans. They work great for that! They bleed through paper very strongly so I do not suggest you buy them for paper writing.

A Great, Hard-to-Find Product
from Kalamazoo, MI
Great pens for line drawings on tracing paper, vellum or bond that won't fade or change color over time. Can't color over with marker without smearing, but otherwise a really good product and worth seeking out!
NOT A Substitute For Bleedproof Fineliners
By The Perpetual Novice
I haven't used these much, mostly because they weren't what I was expecting - which is on me. I should've done a little more research into the difference between these and other fineliners/permanent archival pens, because these are NOT bleedproof. At least, not as bleedproof as some of the other pens I've tried on the same paper. They act more like a Sharpie (maybe the words "permanent marker" should've been my first clue?), which is fine if that's what you're looking for. If you're looking for a bleedproof fineliner, though, look elsewhere.
Quality as expected from Lumocolor

I tested each pen I ordered and they were fresh inventory, ready to distribute to students in a workshop I'm teaching in a few weeks. Thank you.
Just what I was looking for.

I use these to write on template plastic. They give a very fine line and are less messy than pencil.
Good Products; Good Prices & Prompt Service
By Lower Eastern Shore Mike
I bought a full set of Staedtler permanent and non-permanent pens in Saudi Arabia in 1996 and have been using them in my woodworking shop since. Since most were used up, I searched locally and online for some place which stocked a variety of them at a good price: I found both here. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and customer-friendly. The order arrived very quickly. I've very satisfied with your whole transaction process and the products I ordered.
