Comments about Rising Artist Bristol Board:
I use this paper for charcoal drawing and it is fantastic. Its tough enough to pull up mistakes with a white hard eraser and still have a nice surface... it's very forgiving that way. It's the paper I use more than any other.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Fantastic drawing paper
from Austin, Texas
I love this paper. It's thick enough that you can really work it and it will still hold up. Great surface for charcoal, pencil and ink.

Warm-toned, soft, toothy drawing paper

About Me Artist
I was disappointed to find that this paper is very warm in tone and does not appear like the photo used in the product description. It was disappointing to discover this after buying this paper online and trusting the photograph on the website. [...].As for the for paper itself, it is quite toothy and soft, resembling a sketchbook paper, which is good for graphite pencil work as long as you're willing to work over softer grades with several layers of harder grades to produce a smooth tone. I was fairly pleased with the results I could obtain but I would definitely not call this a favorite paper of mine.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
