Princeton Summit is more than a new brush, it is next-generation technology.
Princeton Summit Series 6850 White Synthetic Brushes were designed specifically for fluid acrylics but are also ideal for use with watercolors. Their unique blend of white synthetic filaments hold as much color as the best natural hair, they release color at a consistent rate, and they possess excellent points and edges.
The NextGen synthetic filament in Princeton Summit brushes was developed by Naohide Takamoto, a fifth-generation brushmaker and the grandson of the inventor of Taklon, the first artist-grade synthetic brush hair. Takamoto continues to dedicate himself to the development of synthetics that outperform their natural hair equivalents. After seven years of research and development, Princeton is proud to introduce Princeton Summit White Synthetic Brushes in a complete range of sizes and shapes.
Blick Exclusive! Princeton Summit White Synthetic Brushes, Set of 4
This set includes four brushes in essential shapes and sizes, including a Size 1 Liner, Size 4 Round, Size 10 Round, and Size 1/2" Angle Shader, all with short handles. Designed for fluid acrylics, these brushes are also ideal for watercolors. They hold as much color as natural hair, release color at a consistent rate, and have excellent points and edges.
Brush sizes — The length and width of a brush of a given shape and size may vary by manufacturer as brush sizes are not standardized. Since fine art brushes are handmade, expect some variation even among brushes from within a single brush line.

Great brushes for a great price
Comments about Princeton Summit 6850 White Synthetic Brushes:
I really do not have extensive experience with watercolor brushes but knew I needed better brushes than I had. These brushes fill the bill. The amount of water and color that they hold is amazing. I am very satisfied with their performance. And the pricing allowed me to buy one of every size.

First Time Purchase Princeton Summit Brush
from Dallas, Texas
This is the first Princeton Summit Brush I have purchased and used. I am satisfied with this brush. I paint oil portraits and I am picky about my paint and brushes. I purchased a round brush and like it so far.

Use for my acrylic paints helps me have control of fluidity of the paint and can use the angles in many ways, flat, pointed and in tight spots. Would have liked the handle to be a bit longer.
