Made from the finest natural Kolinsky Sable and hand-shaped by skilled German brush makers, the heads on these long-handled brushes are a must-have for oil painters.
The hair in Princeton Series 7000 Siberian Kolinsky Sable Brushes ensures great resilience and softness for spreading color thinly and evenly to achieve expert shading.
Brush sizes — The length and width of a brush of a given shape and size may vary by manufacturer as brush sizes are not standardized. Since fine art brushes are handmade, expect some variation even among brushes from within a single brush line.

Comments about Princeton Series 7000 Siberian Kolinsky Sable Round:
Really love the feel of these brushes while working with them. The only thing I struggle with is having to place a large order to get free shipping. And even thentakes a week to get the materials.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Good brush, holds shape well
By Kevin the gamer
from Tacoma, WA
I am a miniature wargamer and paint many 28mm figures. I began using kolinsky sable brushes about ten years ago, and tried the Princeton brush as an alternative to the Blick Master Kolinsky brushes. I've probably used the brush a dozen times since purchase and it has performed quite nicely. It's small, retains its point and overall shape. I'm anxious to see if it has a good long life. The one drawback is its long handle.

Compared to other natural hair or synthetic brushes, I still love the sable for blending.
An oil painting novice meets Blick
from Marion, IL
As a beginner in oil painting, I selected Bill Martin as my guru which led me to Blick as a materials supplier.Bill said "an artist is only as good as the brushes he works with", so I've purchased quite a few so far and very content and proud of them.I'm a rookie and not an authority on the merits of different brands but have been happy with my selections so far.
Very nice brush.

Again, I heard about this brush at the IAMPETH Convention in Franklin, Tennessee, this year. Very nice product to do may projects with!
