Love these! #sweepstakes
from Fleming Island FL
Low profile canvas texture is great for acrylics, tempera, but when we tried oil pastel on them, we loved it. These are helpful for teaching, especially the faces. The kids were delighted with them. #sweepstakes
Better Than Expected
I used this as a Christmas craft with my grandchildren ages 7-10. We used acrylic paint which turned out very nice. These can be painted with other types of paint, markers, crayons, or colored pencils depending on the age and ability of the children. With a small nail, I punched a hole at the top of some, strung with a ribbon and they hung them as ornaments.

My kids made the cutest ornaments for our Christmas tree using the Tree and Snowman shapes. They decorated both sides using puffy paints and plastic gems and did not need any help to finish it! I punched holes and tied some ribbon and let them hang it themselves on the tree...very cute! They also made some as gifts for Grandma. We'll be trying some other shapes soon. The flowers and butterflies for a spring theme would be a great afternoon activity.
Flower and Butterfly nice, fish is small
from North Carolina
I somehow expected these to be more impressive. The flower and butterfly have more potential for painting and embellishment than the smallish fish. Not sure exactly how I will use these, I thought they looked promising, though.
I took the fish and butterflyshapes, paints, brushes, glitter, google eyes, etc. on a family vacation trip. All the kids(from 6 years old to 15) painted them. We had a great time and their creativity really shinned. I had a good time just watching them decorate the shapes.
