Caran d'Ache Palette Aquarelle

Developed by Caran d’Ache for an easy application of dry, watersoluble media such as Caran d'Ache Museum Aquarelle Pencils, Technalo Graphite Pencils, Supracolor Soft Aquarelle Pencils, and Neocolor II Artists' Crayons, this handy palette is made of frosted white Plexiglas and has two surfaces, each with a different texture.

The palette's rough surface mimics the texture of paper, which allows dry pigments to grip the surface, and allows for watercolor blending. The smooth side is ideal for use with gouache, acrylics, oils, and watercolors. The Palette Aquarelle fits easily in the hand, with a lightweight design and small size that makes it a great watercoloring accessory for studio, classroom, or plein air work by professional and amateur artists, art students, and those just starting to paint or use watersoluble media.

The Caran d'Ache Palette Aquarelle measures 10-3/16" × 5-1/16" × 1/16" (26 cm × 13 cm × 0.2 cm). It resists alcohol, acetone, UV light, and scrubbing, and cleans easily with water.
