What are product page Q&As?
On most product pages on our website, you’ll find product-specific Q&As designed to quickly provide answers to customers’ frequently asked questions. With answers from our community of artists and our knowledgeable Product Information Team, product page Q&As are a great for resource for accurate, up-to-date information about specific products.
Within each Q&A, you’ll also find a form where you can submit your own questions about products you are considering for purchase or already own. Our Product Information Team will provide a response by email, and your question may be published to our product page Q&A for the benefit of other customers.
Where can I find product page Q&As?
On most product pages, you’ll find a “Q & A” tab under the product image. Click on the tab to see frequently asked questions and view responses from fellow BLICK customers and our Product Information Team. You can also sort questions by criteria including Newest, Oldest, and Most Answers.
If you’re viewing a product page on mobile, scroll to dropdown sections under the product listings. Tap the + icon next to “Q & A” to view questions and answers.
How do I submit a product-specific question?
Use our Product Page Q&As to submit questions you have about products purchased on our website, through our catalog, or at any of our retail stores.
To submit your question, click the “Ask A Question” button under the “Q & A” tab. A form will appear with fields for your question, email address, and nickname—typically your first name. You can also choose to provide your location. Once you’ve completed the form, click “Submit”. Your question will be sent to our Product Information Team, who will email you with a response as soon as possible. Some questions will be selected for publication on our Product Page Q&As, where other customers can also respond.
Scroll past the product listings and tap the + icon next to “Q & A” in the product information menu. Customer questions and answers will appear. Scroll further and tap the “Ask A Question” button at the bottom of the “Q & A” section. A form will appear with fields for your question, email address, and nickname, and location. Once you’ve completed the form, click “Submit”. Your question will be directed to our Product Information Team, who will email you with a response as soon as possible. Some questions will be selected for publication on our Product Page Q&As, where fellow customers can also respond.
