Backordered Items Policy

Out of stock items that ship from our warehouse are designated online as "On Backorder." If you place an order containing backordered items, those items will be shipped to you at no additional charge via FedEx SmartPost, our regular ground carrier. Once in stock, the items will ship when the merchandise value of the backorder reaches $15.00 or when the backorder is complete.

Backordered items are invoiced when they ship, not when your order is placed. However, your purchase receipt will show your total order amount, including the backordered items.
