Acclaimed photographer Jeff Brouws has spent 20 years documenting the quintessential America, photographing readymade art found by chance in the landscape.

Photos of partially painted pickup trucks, abandoned drive-in movie theaters, and weather-beaten bowling alley signs are juxtaposed with provocative essays by leading writers and cultural commentators.
