Ulanocut CDF Matrix Capillary Film

This high quality diazo-photopolymer (dual-cure) film combines exceptional imaging properties, total solvent resistance and wide exposure latitude. This type of film is adhered to the screen with water, then the image is exposed to it with a light source.

CDF Matrix is easy to reclaim, even if underexposed and used with aggressive inks or washup solvents. It is resistant to solvent-based, co-solvent, and UV inks.

CDF Matrix is formulated for general graphics printing — including UV applications, four-color process and fine detail printing — as well as industrial graphics and sportswear applications. Blue in color, CDF Matrix is 40-micron thickness coated onto a 300-gauge optically flat polyester base.

Remove with warm water.
