Laguna Lead-Free Gloss Glazes

Laguna recommends its EM series of glazes for schools and other users desiring low fire (Cone 06) glazes that do not contain lead. This series is safe for use on food and beverage containers when properly fired.

Laguna's EM series provides a bright, non-leaded series of opaque colors. Although these glazes can be fired up to Cone 05, they tend to flow and change color slightly at the higher temperatures. All colors (except super clear) are opaque.

EM series glazes bear the Ceramic Manufacturers Association’s Non-toxic seal and conform to ASTM C-1023 and D-4236.
