These all-inclusive kits contains everything you need to make 12 or 20 individual ceramic tiles. Each student can decorate his or her own tile. Apply the white base glaze by dipping or pouring (one coat only). It may also be brushed on in three even, flowing coats. Let dry and paint on the base with colored glazes, one color at a time, allowing to dry between colors. Fire to cone 05 or 04. Kit #1 — This kit includes 1 pint of white base, six Maiolica colors (2 oz or 59 ml), and twelve 4½" × 4½" (11 cm × 11 cm) bisque tiles. Kit #2 — This kit includes: 2 pints of white base, six Maiolica colors (2 oz), and twenty 4½" × 4½" bisque tiles. |
