Primo Primer and Sealer is a premium quality, waterbased acrylic primer and sealant. It is specially designed to prepare non-metallic surfaces for the applications of metallic surfacer solutions such as Copper Topper, Gilded Gold, or Silver Plate.

It dries clear and can also be used as a UV-protective final coat over any finish.
